We accept exchanges, returns, and refunds only in cases of manufacturing defects or if an incorrect product is received. The return process will be initiated only after the product has been returned to the source and inspected. To qualify,

Our team will review your case and respond within 72 hours. Exchanges, returns and refunds will be processed only for genuine claims after evaluation.
Order Cancellations
- Cancellation requests are accepted only for Cash on Delivery (CoD) orders, and only before they are shipped.
- If our team reaches out via call or WhatsApp for order confirmation and we receive no response, the order will be automatically canceled.
- GFG reserves the right to cancel any CoD order at its discretion.

Shipping Policy
We usually ship the products in 2 Days from the order. No orders are shipped on Sundays. For Customized Order for Silver Rings, we ship in 15-20 Days. We use best available Courier Partners for respective Pincodes to deliver the product.
